​Because of popular demand from our clients, we have introduced a hog roast catering service. We can accommodate most requests and bespoke requirements.

Pork Roast
 
Shoulders of Pork seasoned and slowly cooked over a charcoal rotisserie and then served in a soft fresh roll with crackling, apple sauce and sage & onion stuffing.
 
New Potato Salad with Créme Fraîche & Chives
Mixed Leaf Salad with Cherry Tomatoes and Honey Mustard Dressing
 
This is cooked and prepared by one of our chefs and served buffet style.   

Lamb Roast
 
Legs of Lamb seasoned with oregano and lemon and slowly cooked over a charcoal rotisserie and then served with pita and tzatziki.
 
Greek Salad with Feta and Kalamata Olives
Potato Salad with Spring Onion and Parsley
